• Battle.net / character data: OAuth tokens (Battle.net), character and guild information you fetch or link, and logs of roster scans you initiate.
• Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device info, pages viewed, timestamps, and server logs for security and analytics.
• Cookies & similar tech: Used for session management, preferences, analytics, and advertising (see “Advertising & Cookies”).

2. How We Use It

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service (including character/guild lookups and scans).
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms.
• Protect against fraud/abuse and maintain security.
• Serve ads/analytics where enabled (see Section 4).
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

• Vendors/Processors: Hosting, analytics, and advertising providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
• Legal: When required by law, lawful requests, or to protect our rights/users.

• Account/profile and linked character/guild data are retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
• Server logs are typically kept for a limited period for security/diagnostics, then deleted or anonymised.
• You may request deletion of your account and linked data by emailing admin@epicforge.au. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate security/abuse prevention.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service is 100% secure. We will take appropriate steps and, where required by law, notify you and regulators of material breaches.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed in Australia and other countries where our vendors operate (e.g., hosting, analytics, ad networks). We take steps to ensure transfers are lawful and appropriately safeguarded.
