Forgers, the anvils are hot again.

Blizzard’s backend transition for Anniversary realms moving into The Burning Crusade has now stabilised, and EpicForge’s Anniversary/TBC features are back online.

βœ… What’s fixed

All Anniversary/TBC functionality has been restored:

  • Anniversary Character Search

  • Anniversary Character Pages

  • Anniversary Server Status

These systems are once again pulling live data from Blizzard’s API and should behave as expected.

⚠️ Known minor issues (temporary)

As Blizzard’s data continues to propagate globally, we’re seeing some minor data integrity quirks, primarily:

  • Duplicate or overlapping server entries

  • Inconsistent realm naming during propagation

These originate upstream from Blizzard’s API and are outside of EpicForge’s control. We’re actively filtering, normalising, and monitoring the data as it settles.

No characters, accounts, or saved data on EpicForge are at risk.

🟒 What’s unaffected

  • Era realms remain fully unaffected

  • All Era searches, pages, and server status checks continue to work normally

πŸ”œ What’s next

We’ll continue monitoring Blizzard’s API as realm data finishes propagating. Any cleanup or corrective improvements on our side will be applied automatically — no action required from users.

If you spot anything that looks off, feel free to report it and we’ll sanity-check it against the live API.

Thanks for riding out the transition with us.
The forge is open, and TBC has officially arrived. πŸ”¨
